We have a strong privacy policy.
Any personal information supplied to Urban Models Inc. by talent or a partner is kept confidential and not released to any other party without permission.
General information necessary for submitting talent for consideration of work or soliciting an audition for such work, is provided to legitimate companies and agents of the
same which are part of the casting and breakdown services and lists.
The talent has the right to refuse to perform any modeling or acting work that might, in their opinion, be unsafe or inappropriate for the talent. In this regard,
for work that talent does with Urban Models Inc., it shall be a cooperative agreement between the photographer, any associated staff, and the talent:
if one party objects to the planned photography, setting, location, pose or costume, it shall not be used.
All talent featured on Urban Models Inc. have had model release forms completed and signed, granting Urban Models Inc. the rights to all images,
and thus the ability to feature those images in a public form (e.g. the Internet) and to be used without restriction and as desired by Urban Models Inc..
However, it is good business practice for any presentation to be acceptable to all parties, and thus Urban Models Inc. actively solicits and seeks approval
from the talent for any postings or photo usage it places on its website, or in any other public forum. Talent is therefore featured with the implicit consent of the talent.
Urban Models Inc. business with sales tax and trade name license in the State of Florida.
It provides talent management and photographic services to clients and talent in the continental United States of America.
